Age Requirement

To create an account or participate in any game on the ace33 platform, users must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated exclusively for those aged 21 and above. ace33 may at any time request documents necessary to verify a user's age.

One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a user is found operating multiple accounts, ace33 reserves the right to close all such accounts without prior notice, and any bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts will be cancelled.

Providing Accurate Information

Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of account registration. If any information changes in the future, the user is obliged to notify ace33 as soon as possible. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.

Geographic Restrictions

The ace33 platform may not be available to users in certain countries or regions. Users must confirm for themselves that using this service is lawful from their current location. Users from restricted areas who attempt to gain access fraudulently will have their accounts closed and deposited funds forfeited.

• Keep your password completely confidential and never share it with any third party.
• Do not allow anyone else to operate your account using your login credentials.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify ace33 support immediately.
• Use a strong password at all times and change it when necessary.
• Always end your session after logging in from a public computer or network.

Deposit Terms

• Funds will not be added to your account unless a minimum of ৳200 is deposited.
• Deposited funds must come only from the registered owner's account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank may be used.
• ace33 is not responsible for delays in deposits caused by technical or banking issues.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be returned using the same method as the original deposit.
• In cases of suspicious activity, ace33 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and carry out a review.

Welcome Bonus

A 150% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at ace33, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total playing balance of ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more → Maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → Total ৳20,000.

The bonus applies to the first deposit only, and each user may receive it once.

Wagering Requirements

A 15× wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagers must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Games not counted toward wagering requirements: those marked by ace33 as bonus-restricted. The current list of applicable restrictions can be obtained from the ace33 support team.

General Bonus Policy

• All bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time at ace33's discretion.
• Winnings from one bonus offer cannot be combined with another bonus unless ace33 specifically approves it.
• If ace33 determines that any bonus is being abused, it reserves the right to disable the bonus privileges of the account in question.
• Bonus offers may have specific expiry dates; bonuses cannot be used after that date.

• VIP tier is determined based on the player's overall activity and participation — at ace33's discretion.
• Cashback is issued every Monday based on the activity of the relevant week.
• ace33 reserves the right to change or adjust VIP benefits at any time.

Fair Play Policy

ace33 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games operated on our platform use third-party audited Random Number Generators (RNG), making every outcome completely random and impartial.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of associated funds:

• Playing using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in a game.
• Colluding with other users to gain a strategic advantage.
• Using this platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Abusing bonuses or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a technical error, ace33 reserves the right to void that round and return the wager. ace33 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's own device.

Right to Modify Services

ace33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or shut down any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. Temporary disruptions may occur during maintenance or upgrades.

• Continued use of ace33 after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
• For significant changes, ace33 will attempt to notify users via email.
• If a user does not accept the new terms, they may request to close their account — in which case the principal balance remaining in the account will be refunded.
